Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray opposes the Waqf Bill in Parliament, accusing the BJP of land grabbing for industrialists. He questions BJP's intentions and calls out their hypocrisy.

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has criticized the BJP-led government for its Waqf Bill, accusing them of using it as a ploy to grab land for industrialist friends. Thackeray stated that his party voted against the bill to oppose BJP's intentions of land grabbing through the bill, highlighting the hypocrisy of the BJP. He further challenged BJP to remove the color green from its party flag if they dislike Muslims.

Thackeray also criticized BJP leaders like Amit Shah for advocating the bill while making speeches to appease Muslims. He questioned BJP's motives in stirring Hindu-Muslim issues despite being in power for a third term and facing no significant challenges.

In response, BJP MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar slammed Thackeray for his allegations, stating that Thackeray has lost his frame of mind and resorted to fake secularism. He accused Thackeray of abandoning Hindutva and failing to establish a new political ground, comparing him to Rahul Gandhi's politics.
