Ayodhya Diwali Celebrations Break Guinness World Record with 25 Lakh Diyas

Ayodhya marked its first Diwali since the consecration of the Ram Temple by aiming to break last year's Guinness World Record with 25 lakh diyas along the banks of the Sarayu river.

Ayodhya celebrated its first Diwali since the consecration of the Ram Temple in January by attempting to break the Guinness World Record. The government planned to light 25 lakh diyas along the banks of the Sarayu river, with a team of 30 led by Guinness World Records consultant Nischal Barot already counting the diyas using drones across 55 ghats.
