Sikandar, Salman Khan's latest Bollywood film, experienced a significant drop in domestic earnings on its fourth day. Despite initial success, the movie struggled to maintain its momentum.

Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 4

Salman Khan's latest Bollywood film 'Sikandar' witnessed a big drop in domestic earnings of around 50 percent on its fourth day, following a strong performance in the first three days. Released on Eid, the movie's box office rush seems to have slowed down.

Worldwide Box Office Collections

The film reportedly became the highest-earning Bollywood film on its opening day in overseas markets, raking in around $2.25 million worldwide. Film trade analyst Sumit Kadel stated that 'Sikandar' did well on Tuesday with earnings above ₹20 crore. Despite mixed reviews and online leaks, Salman Khan's driving force continued to attract audiences to theaters.

Business Performance

The filmmakers claimed that the movie grossed ₹141.15 crore worldwide during its three-day theater run, while Sacnilk suggested that the movie earned ₹123.75 crore gross worldwide until day 3, with ₹88.75 crore from India and ₹35 crore from overseas markets.

Despite a clash with other films and online leaks, 'Sikandar' netted ₹9.75 crore in India on its fourth day, bringing the domestic box office earnings to ₹84.25 crore net. The movie opened strongly and showed promising initial numbers, but it failed to meet expectations and match the massive hype.

Impact of Piracy

The Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) condemned the online leak of 'Sikandar' and highlighted piracy as a severe threat to the entertainment sector. Piracy leads to substantial revenue loss and jeopardizes the livelihoods of individuals involved in film production, distribution, and exhibition.
